Bryan Sean Byrne is a musician and mentor, and the founder of VibeTree — a peer-led network that helps people on the street, or leaving jail, prison or a halfway house, find the community resources that already exist. VibeTree pairs each member with a mentor, sets goals together and checks in daily, until a member is steady enough to mentor someone else.
